Senior/Disabled Housing Waitlist Opening

Derby Housing Authority is pleased to announce that we will be accepting applications for our Senior/Disabled housing waiting list starting April 17, 2023 until further notice. You must be 62 years of age or older or disabled in order to apply. Applications can be downloaded below or picked up at the main office located at 30 Elizabeth Street, 2nd Fl, Derby CT 06418. Please note, once you are placed on the wait list, it is approximately a 2 year wait before you will be offered a unit, maybe longer. The DHA is to promote personal, economic and social upward mobility to provide families the opportunity to make the transition from subsidized to non-subsidized housing.
